After registering, you will receive a welcome email containing all the essential practical informations to help you organize your participation under the best conditions, including:

· Transport and accommodation information

· Useful contacts and resources

This email is your starting point for an efficient and smooth preparation of the event.

(3 to 4 months before the start of the trade show.)

Your online exhibitor portal will then be opened. This central tool will allow you to manage all the necessary steps to prepare for the event, including:

· Activate your account and log in

· Complete your company profile

· Add a secondary administrator

· Register your attending colleagues

· Invite your clients and prospects

To support you throughout your preparation, we will share the contact details of your dedicated customer service representative. This person will be your main point of contact to answer your questions and guide you through the preparation of your participation.

If you have subscribed to a speaking slot, communication tools, or specific visibility solutions, the relevant teams will contact you directly to collect the required materials (content, visuals, technical information, etc.).

A Supply Chain Event 2026 preparation webinar will take place in October 2026 (date to be announced).
