MySCE.fr is an intelligent digital tool that accompanies you throughout your salon experience.

Accessible via a computer but also via a mobile application, MySCE.fr will offer to accompany visitors at every stage of their visit, whether on site or online.

Following your registration, an email with your access link to the platform and your identifiers had to be sent to you. It is possible that it has passed in your spam, remember to check your spam in your mailbox.

Following your registration on the SCE event, you sould receive a first email with your badges to print and a second with a link to access the platform MySCE.fr.

Remember to look at your junk mail, it is possible that our emails go spam.

In order to activate your account on MySCE.fr you will need to click on the link received and create your password. Your login will be the email used to book your badges.

You can then access MySCE.fr on the web platform on this link: https://mysce.fr/

Or directly from your mobile by downloading the MySCE.fr application available for Android and IOS.

Warning, you will not be able to activate your account during a first connection on the mobile application, you will first have to go through the link on the site MySCE.fr.

The conferences in Rooms 1 and 2 will be accessible both on site at the show on 24 and 25 November 2021 and livestreaming from the MySCE.fr platform.

The workshops in room 3 will only be accessible on site

To navigate on the different stands on the show, go to the "Map" tab on the menu.

To navigate on the map, click on it a first time so that it can open. You can then navigate to it by clicking on the different spaces.

Are you looking for a particular sector or company? Use the filters at the top of the page to select the categories and companies you are interested in

 

To consult your calendar, click on "My profile" and then in the menu tab click on "My Calendar".

You will find the saved conferences and your appointments

 

 

If you want to meet an exhibitor, simply click on their profile in the "Exhibitors & Products" tab and click on the "Meet" Agenda icon

 

 

If you want to add an exhibitor or product as favorites, simply click on their profile in the "Exhibitors & Products" tab and click on the "Favorites" star icon

The product or exhibitor will be added to your favorites.

To add a conference as a favorite, go to the "Conferences" tab

Select the conference you are interested in and click on the "+My Calendar" button on the right.

The conference will automatically be added to your favorites and calendar

 

If you want to contact an exhibitor, simply click on their profile in the "Exhibitors & Products" tab and click on the "Message" Envelope icon

You can then write your message and contact the exhibitor.

You will find your exchanges in the My Profile tab > "Messages"

Badges, Invitations & Press Passes

Badges cost €90 incl. VAT. Due to current health measures, please order your badge at https://badge.supplychain-event.com/en/visitor.htm in order to help us manage visitor numbers and ensure your safety at the event.

Your badge is valid for the 2 days of the event.  It also gives you access to the various event spaces, conference sessions, workshops and facilities.

 

To obtain your badge, go to https://www.supplychain-event.com/ and click “My badge”.

When you order your badge, you can also order passes for your employees in Step 4 “Summary” by clicking “Modify or add badges”.
To secure the personal data of your employees you must provide an email address for each of them. They’ll need this address to activate their badges.

When you order your badge, you can also order passes for people you sponsor in Step 5 “Confirm your registration” by clicking “Modify or add badges”.
To secure the personal data of your sponsored parties you must provide an email address for each of them. They’ll need this address to activate their badges.

 

When you register online, you can pay by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). Due to current health measures, please order your badge at https://badge.supplychain-event.com/en/visitor.htm in order to help us manage visitor numbers and ensure your safety at the event.

Badges are issued by name and are non-transferable. You’ll be asked to show it each time you enter or leave various trade show spaces. When leaving the trade show for the last time, please place your badge in the designated recycling boxes.

When you download your badge, it is displayed in a new PDF window. Make sure that your browser is configured to allow pop-ups. Your computer also needs to have a PDF reader.

The trade show is only open to students on 25 November, starting at noon.

Entry is free upon presentation of you student ID (you must at least be enrolled in an undergraduate programme) to a member of our reception staff. Proper attire is required. Groups: up to 8 people with chaperone.

We reserve the right to refuse entry in the event of non-compliance with the  above mentioned rules.

Entry is free on presentation of valid unemployment documentation to a member of our reception staff.

Wheelchair accessible counters are available at the main entrance of Pavilion 5.1/5.2/5.3. The venue has elevators, Pavilion 5.1 is all on one level and all raised stands have wheelchair ramps.

The safety measures at the Porte de Versailles exhibition park (VIPARIS) include:

▪ Reinforced security teams on all exhibition premises and outdoor grounds

▪ Bag searches for all visitors and exhibitors each time they enter the exhibition park

▪ Security guards on the exhibition park’s outdoor grounds

▪ Security guards at all Porte de Versailles exhibition park entrances
